Phan Nguyen

Phan K. H. Nguyen is an Associate Attorney at Family Law of North Texas, where he focuses his practice on immigration law. He assists individuals and families with a wide range of immigration matters, providing guidance through complex legal processes and advocating for clients seeking to build stable futures in the United States. 

Mr. Nguyen is experienced in preparing immigration petitions, conducting detailed legal research, drafting legal filings, and representing clients throughout the immigration process.

Before joining Family Law of North Texas, Mr. Nguyen founded and served as Managing Partner of The Law Office of Phan Nguyen, PLLC, where he handled a broad range of legal matters including immigration, family law, criminal defense, employment law, probate, and commercial litigation. 

Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Partner at Cook Nguyen & Ressler, PLLC and as an Associate Attorney in Dallas, gaining extensive litigation experience and managing a high-volume caseload. 

Mr. Nguyen earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2016.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Mr. Nguyen has long been active in the Vietnamese community in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Through community outreach and legal support initiatives, he has worked to help immigrants better understand and navigate the U.S. legal system. 

He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Dallas Asian American Bar Association.
