Jane Chyzhenko

Jane Chyzhenko is a highly experienced multilingual paralegal with over 15 years of comprehensive legal support experience spanning personal injury, family law, immigration, and government matters. 

She brings extensive expertise in case management from intake through settlement, including the preparation of detailed demand packages, medical record analysis, and complex lien and subrogation resolution involving Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and private insurers. 

Jane is well-versed in Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, damages calculation, and settlement disbursement processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence at every stage of litigation.

Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, Jane plays a critical role in bridging communication gaps for diverse client populations, providing translation and interpretation services alongside legal support. 

Her ability to draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence, combined with her strong organizational and analytical skills, allows her to effectively support attorneys in both state and federal matters. She is also proficient in leading legal software platforms including SmartAdvocate, Filevine, and Westlaw, enhancing efficiency and case coordination.

Prior to her work in the United States, Jane served for over a decade in a government legal department in Kyiv, Ukraine, where she handled civil and administrative matters, prepared official documentation, and supported regulatory compliance efforts. 

She holds a Specialist (Master’s equivalent) degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, providing her with a strong financial foundation that complements her legal work. 

Currently based in Texas, Jane is authorized to work without restriction and is available to contribute immediately.
