Aubrie Rhodes

Aubrie Rhodes supports the firm’s family law practice by assisting attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case initiation through resolution.
Her responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement offers, petitions, and decrees, as well as conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on issues involving the Texas Family Code.
Aubrie regularly attends hearings, mediations, and client meetings; manages case files and deadlines; assists with trial preparation; and contributes to mediation preparation and negotiation. She is recognized for her professionalism, strong work ethic, and empathetic approach to client communication.
Aubrie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, where she double-majored in Accounting and Human Resources on the pre-law track, graduating in 2022.
During her undergraduate studies, she was named to the Dean’s List multiple times, an honor requiring a minimum 3.7 GPA, and was actively involved on campus through Greek Life and several academic honor societies.
She graduated from South Texas College of Law in May 2025, where she distinguished herself academically and professionally as a Presidential Fellow Award recipient, a Dean’s List honoree, and a CALI Award recipient for the highest grade in Texas Marital Property.
Aubrie is an invited member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and the Garland Walker Inn of Court, served as Treasurer of the First-Generation Law Student Society, and received training in Collaborative Family Law.
As a first-generation attorney from Plano, Aubrie brings a strong sense of purpose to her practice and takes particular pride in advocating for individuals impacted by violence, drawing from her experience in asylum and human trafficking clinics during law school.
Known as a skilled negotiator with an energetic, compassionate, and hardworking personality, Aubrie values building trust with clients and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her miniature schnauzer and orange long-haired cat, and attending Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars games whenever possible.
