Ashton Luke

Ashton Luke joined the RLG team in May of 2025 as Calendar Manager, bringing a strong background in organization and client care to the role.  

As the first face anyone sees when walking through the doors, Ashton helps create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits the office.

Before joining RLG, Ashton worked as an elementary school teacher, where she developed the patience, communication skills, and people-first approach that continues to serve her well today. 

Her experience in education, combined with coursework in paralegal studies, has given her a strong foundation in organization, attention to detail, and multitasking.

After several years in the classroom, Ashton decided to pursue a new professional path and brought her skills and energy to the RLG team.

Outside of the office, Ashton is a devoted and proud mother to a beautiful, intelligent, and outgoing daughter who will be heading off to college in the Fall of 2026. 

In her spare time, she enjoys attending live music events, sporting events, nature adventures, spending quality time with family and friends, and cherishing every moment with her daughter.

Ashton’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication make her an important part of the RLG team.
