Josh Conn

Josh Conn is an Intake and Billing Specialist with experience supporting clients throughout the initial consultation and case management process.
He assists prospective clients in scheduling consultations with qualified attorneys and ensures appropriate attorney placement based on each client’s specific family law needs.
Working closely with the firm’s scheduling department, Josh helps maintain efficiency and accuracy while providing a smooth and professional client experience from first contact onward.
In addition to intake responsibilities, Josh serves as a billing specialist with a strong understanding of case billing, including invoices, account balances, and payment status.
He prepares and distributes client billing statements, assists clients in understanding charges and outstanding balances, and facilitates timely payments while maintaining clear, transparent communication about the financial status of each case.
Josh is originally from Sachse, Texas, and is currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics.
He earned his Associate of Arts degree from Collin College and graduated from Wylie High School in 2023. Aspiring to become an attorney, Josh brings a strong interest in history, a passion for sports, and an appreciation for all types of music to both his professional and academic pursuits.
