What boutique means here
It means a selective caseload, not a volume practice. Every matter the firm accepts gets senior attention, from the first strategy decision to the last signature. We would rather turn a case away than take it and give it a fraction of the attention it needs. That is also why the intake process starts with an alignment review instead of a sales pitch.
Trial-ready and resolution-ready
We prepare each case as if it will be heard, because the cases that settle well are the ones that were ready not to. Preparation is not aggression. It is the quiet reason the other side takes the settlement table seriously. When resolution serves you, we are built to reach it. When it does not, we are prepared for the courtroom.
Meet Halina Radchenko.
New York roots
Halina came up as a courtroom litigator in Brooklyn, in a trial bar that does not forgive unprepared lawyers. You cannot tell her story in Texas without telling you where she comes from: a career built in New York courtrooms, arguing cases in front of judges and juries, long before she ever filed in a North Texas county.
Why Texas, why family law
The move to Texas was a family decision, the same kind her clients wrestle with. Family law became the focus because it is one of the few practices where the numbers, the kids, and the future all live in the same case file, and it takes someone who can handle all three.
The languages we practice in
Halina is Russian and Ukrainian by background, and the firm practices in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. For many of our clients, that means explaining the hardest decisions of their lives in the language they think in.

How we choosethe cases we take.
Where we add the most value
The firm concentrates where preparation changes outcomes: complex and high-net-worth divorce, contested custody and modification, and the family-law matters that surround them. If a case rewards careful strategy, a built timeline, and an attorney who has read the file, it belongs here.
The cases we are not the right firm for
Some matters need a volume practice with the lowest possible fee. Some clients want a firm that escalates every disagreement, whatever it costs the family. We are not that firm, and we will say so on the alignment review. Family law is a long relationship, and the wrong fit costs everyone.
What working with us is like.
Every engagement starts the same way. A free, fifteen-minute Case Alignment Review with our intake team confirms fit, conflicts, and jurisdiction. If we are aligned, the next step is a $275 Attorney Strategy Consultation: your case evaluated, your rights and options walked through, under privilege. From there, we open a file and the work begins.
