Halina Radchenko is the founding attorney of Family Law of North Texas. A New York-trained litigator running a Texas family-law practice, she has handled hundreds of North Texas family-law matters across divorce, child custody, child support, CPS defense, and prenuptial agreements.
Halina earned her BA from the University of Rochester and her JD from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she was recognized with the Order of the Barrister for excellence in courtroom advocacy. Her professional memberships have included the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association, and the Columbian Lawyers Association.
She practices in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, and built the firm so that clients navigating a family-law matter in a second language never have to translate their own case.
Her operating principle is procedural: the posture of the case is the case. Whether the firm files first or responds, whether emergency relief rides along with the petition, and which county the case lands in are decisions made deliberately, early, and with the client in the room.
We don't take every case.
Family law is a long relationship.
The wrong fit costs everyone.
Most matters start with a fifteen-minute alignment review. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.
