Job Description:

Radchenko Law Group seeks a full-time Paralegal to assist attorneys in preparing,  reviewing, and organizing forms, exhibits, case files, and submissions for immigration  petitions, family law filings, and personal injury matters. Duties include, but are not limited  to:  

• Preparing, reviewing, and organizing immigration forms, supporting documentation, exhibits, and filings. 
• Coordinating with clients to collect documents, factual records, and supporting evidence required for legal submissions. 
• Supporting attorneys in client consultations, hearings, and trial preparation by conducting legal research, preparing case materials, and providing administrative and logistical assistance. 
• Drafting immigration petitions, client aƯidavits, attorney correspondence, discovery requests, and responses under attorney supervision. 
• Applying knowledge of both U.S. and foreign (including Ukrainian and Russian) legal frameworks to support cross-border cases, particularly in matters involving displaced persons and immigrant communities. 
• Maintaining case management systems, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all filing and procedural requirements. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 
• Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a legal research/analyst role.

(Note: In the employer’s discretion, experience may be waived if the candidate can demonstrate equivalent academic training or coursework in legal studies.) 

• Special Skills: Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian legal systems and U.S. immigration law.

Work Hours & Compensation:  

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). Salary will be commensurate with experience and prevailing wage requirements.
